All fine, but beach access difficult

We had an amazing stay with our family, especially enjoying the gorgeous ocean view from our room and the stunning sunset every evening. The pool and beach access were fantastic. We loved the massage services at the spa for some well-earned relaxation. Just a heads up, dinner options for picky eaters were a bit limited, so consider trying out local spots nearby! 🌅

The beach was awful, filled with small rocks. I booked this hotel expecting king-sized beds, but received queen-sized instead, which was misleading. The all-inclusive deal was a nightmare. I thought I signed up for it, but it turned out I was only paying for the rooms and had to fight over additional costs. It took hours out of my vacation, and overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating.

It was just a balanced option for overnight stay in Puerto Vallarta with fantastic value for money. The pool staff were great, especially Gama, who always had recommendations for our outings. Try to get a room away from the noise if possible.

The pools were great and the kids loved the shallow sections. You gotta try the pizza by the pool, it was surprisingly good.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable.

The beach was stunning, and the pools were perfect for our large family. We enjoyed delicious meals together, especially at the buffet which offered a great variety. The staff went above and beyond, particularly at the concierge desk, making our stay memorable.

My wife says that the evenings could be noisy due to nearby bar activities. An earlier closing time for the outdoor bar would help families enjoy a more peaceful environment.

The room was modern and clean, with an incredibly comfy bed. The views were awesome—you get to see the sunset right from your window! The shower was a bit of a letdown, just one setting which was full blast. But overall, it was a solid stay with everything looking good and well-maintained.
